Fees

Shown before you pay

Listing fees are set by ParkYou and depend on your property type and city. The exact amount for your listing is shown in the “Details & Plan” step, before you pay — partner-society residents get a lower rate, applied automatically.

After your listing is live

Enquiries you control

Signed-in buyers send enquiries from your listing. Your number stays hidden until you accept an enquiry — decline the ones that don't fit.

Site visit requests

Buyers can request a visit time. Confirm, mark completed or no-show, or cancel from your dashboard.

Lead stages, notes and follow-ups

Move each lead through stages, keep private notes and set follow-up dates — buyers never see them.

Listing activity

See views, saves and enquiries for each listing, and mark it sold or rented when it's done.
