Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to ensure a smooth experience for our users. Please read the refund terms carefully:

1Booking Cancellations

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • The parking/service is unavailable due to partner issues
  • The booking is rejected by the partner

2User-Initiated Cancellations

Users can cancel the booking only if more than 30 minutes are left before the scheduled booking start time.

If 30 minutes or less are remaining for the booking to start, cancellation will not be allowed, and the amount will not be refunded.

3No-Show Policy

No Refund on No-Show

If the user does not reach the location at the booked time, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

4Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

5Dispute Resolution

Any complaint regarding a booking must be reported within 24 hours of the scheduled time, with valid proof.
