Plans are set by ParkYou. After signing in you'll see the current plans — duration, listing limit, price and GST — before you pay online or from your ParkYou wallet. Larger teams can request a custom quote.

Your plan sets how many listings you can have. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live.

RERA details
Add your RERA number. Once ParkYou verifies it, buyers see a “RERA Verified” badge.
Possession status
Mark a project as ready to move, under construction or a new launch.
Unit inventory
List a project with many units and update sold units as they go — buyers see units available, or “Sold Out”.

Your builder name appears on the listing and is searchable.

Signed-in buyers send enquiries from your listing. Your number stays hidden until you accept an enquiry — decline the ones that don't fit.

- Can I show how many units are left?
- Yes. A multi-unit listing shows units available and sold, and switches to “Sold Out” when the last unit is sold.
- How does RERA verification work?
- Add your RERA number to the listing; the “RERA Verified” badge appears after ParkYou verifies it.
- Are buyer enquiries shared with my sales team?
- Enquiries arrive in your ParkYou dashboard. A buyer sees your contact number only after you accept their enquiry.
